Hi, I’m sandra ceballos AND THIS IS MY PERSONAL STORY
In 2010, I was laid off from my corporate career in the home building industry during the recession. I lost my job, and my house and went through a divorce. I lived on church property for almost 9 months while trying to put my life back together. I was forced to make a career change and accepted a position as a Marketing Coordinator in a senior retirement community. Now as an empty nester, it was there that I found a new passion that allowed me to nurture and care for senior citizens while giving me a new life purpose. After a couple of years, I saw a need and I stepped out in faith to fill a much-needed gap and opened “SILVER ROOTS” in 2014.
Early on my customers and their adult children began asking that I handle all aspects of the transition, including the sale of their home which prompted me to obtain my Real Estate license in 2015 and my designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist with the National Association of Realtors. Adding my real estate license tied everything together and allowed me to assist at full service while reducing the stress my customers and their families were experiencing. With a team leader who handles the field operations and a contract manager overseeing real estate paperwork, we can run two teams under one roof.
In retrospect, I can now see that all along God was laying the foundation for me to do what I do today.
