Are you a moving company?

We are not a moving company. We are full service senior citizen transition management: we assist in sorting, rightsizing, downsizing, creating floorplans to meet the needs of your new home. We have a team to assist with the packing, unpacking and home set up. We hire the moving company to load and unload the truck.

How can you manage a move and handle the sale of my home?

We have 2 team under 1 roof. First you work with the downsizing/packing team and then you meet with our Realtor that is a designated senior real estate specialist who handles the sale of your home or the purchase of a new home.

We have several professional resources that work with us to accomplish every facet of your transition saving you money, time and the stress of trying to handle it all. How much do your services cost?

Each customer is unique. It our goal to provide you with as little or as much assistance as you need. There are no flat fee packages because you only pay for time that you use.

What else do I need to know?

You become and extended member of the Silver Roots family and as such you are treated with respect. We will leave you with home that is ready to be lived in with a made bed and well wishes in establishing new ROOTS in this next LIFE chapter.
